eXeLearning with Linux, Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala

Download Latest Versions Updates: exe_1.04.1.3598-ubuntu1_i386.deb
Problem: This version does not work in Firefox 3.5.9.

1. Install Firefox 3.0 (http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/ ):

DE-Version:
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest-3.0/linux-i686/de/

2. Install Firefox 3.0 in eXe-conf-directory:
/home/USERVERZNAME/.exe

Install manually:
http://support.mozilla.com/de/kb/Firefox%20unter%20Linux%20installieren#Ubuntu_10_04
Just unzip.

3. Adjust browserPath in exe.conf:
browserPath=/home/ USERDIRNAME/.exe/firefox/firefox

4. Start eXe:
Enter exe in terminal.
