a few thoughts

i rarely get the time for the synchronous events but rather listen to the recorded sessions. changes are going on but we/i work in an environment where these changes in communication and culture are not really incorporated. in everyday practise i do not always look in the future or to the possibilities of practice.
in everyday practise it is just the opposite, i do things that belong to past cultural acitivities, for instance web based training, preparation of content.
